These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Werina mobile application. Werina currently includes guided meditation content, reflection notes, favorites, recent plays, profile tools, and coin-pack purchase flows. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Werina is provided as a personal wellness and reflection tool. You may use the app only in lawful ways and only through the features made available inside the application.

2. Accounts and Access

Some Werina features require sign-in. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your device and account access. You should keep your device secure and provide accurate profile information when editing your nickname, bio, or avatar.

3. User Content

Reflection notes, mood tags, optional photos, and profile information that you add to Werina remain your responsibility. You may not use the app to store or submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or misleading content.

4. Coin Packs and Purchases

Werina supports in-app purchases for coin packs. Billing, payment authorization, and refund handling are managed by the relevant app store and its payment systems, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Coins are digital in-app credits. They are not cash, are not transferable outside the app, and do not give you ownership rights in Werina content or software.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Werina to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the application
• Bypass purchase or access controls
• Upload harmful, infringing, or deceptive material
• Use the app in a way that disrupts service availability or other users' experience

6. Intellectual Property

Werina and its original interface, content structure, branding, and software components remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its materials to you.

7. Wellness Disclaimer

Werina is a wellness product and does not provide medical, psychiatric, emergency, or crisis services. Guided sessions, notes, and prompts are offered for general wellbeing and reflection only.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may limit or terminate access to Werina if these Terms are violated, if required for safety or legal reasons, or if features need to be changed, paused, or removed.

You may stop using Werina at any time. The app also provides logout and local account deletion actions inside the settings area.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Werina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Werina after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
